Arrival and departure:

• Apartments are available from 2 p.m. on the day of arrival
•  Please vacate your apartment by 9 a.m. on the day of departure

Dogs are welcome (subject to prior reservation and only one dog per accommodation). You may bring your 4-legged friend for an extra charge of € 12.00 per day (food excluded). Please bring your kennel with you.
Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask for your understanding.

The reservation is considered binding upon payment of the required deposit of 10% of the total.

Cancellation insurance:

• The unexpected can always happen, which is why we advise you to take out a holiday cancellation insurance.

In the event of cancellation:

• The deposit will be refunded for cancellations up to 30 days before the day of arrival
•  In case of cancellations between 29 and 15 days before the date of arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be debited
•  In case of cancellations between 14 and 1 days before the date of arrival, 70% of the total booking amount will be debited
•  In the event of no-show, late arrival or early departure: 100% of the total booking amount will be debited

The prices shown are per person per night. Breakfast is included with room bookings. For our apartments, the price listed is for an apartment occupied by 2 people (excluding breakfast).  Prices do not include the tourist tax of € 2.50/night for each guest over the age of 14, which must be paid on site.

Apartments are for a minimum stay of 3 nights. For our rooms, a surcharge of € 5.00 per person per night for stays of less than 3 nights will be applied.

Children’s discount:

• A charge of € 15.00 is applied for children up to 3 years old
